Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain general upkeep of the building structure and all shared common areas.
• Assist with minor repairs including drywall patching, painting, and basic carpentry.
• Perform light electrical and basic plumbing troubleshooting or component replacements.
• Support pool maintenance routines to keep facilities clean and chemically balanced.
• Operate a golf cart safely across the property to transport tools, materials, and yourself.

Qualifications

• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, participate in a weekend rotation, and work occasional overtime.
• Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive Federal and State background check.
• Drug Screening: Must pass a standard 5-panel pre-employment drug test.
• Mobility: No valid Driver's License is required, but you must be able and willing to drive a golf cart around the property.
• Location: Reliable transportation to our facility in Aiea.
• Must have a previous verifiable labor experience.
