Job Description

Are you talented at preparing high quality meals in a fast paced environment? KOROMO Line Cooks have a light prep routine due to our central kitchen which prepares sauces, entree portions and other prep fresh every day allowing them to focus on preparing great meals in a team environment.

 

Daily Work Routine:

  • Participate in and maintain a positive, professional, team oriented work environment.
  • Be focused on exceeding guest expectations of a great meal experience.
  • Production of prep recipes and menu items for guests according to production forms and recipe cards.
  • Maintaining an organized, clean and sanitary work station.
  • Coordination of duties and products with the other kitchen stations.
  • Follow company, Serve Safe & State Dept of Health best practices for food safety & hygiene.

Line Cook Pay Grades (Plus approx $1 to $3 per hour in tips, depending on sales and shifts worked, higher tips on weekend shifts)

  • Cook Trainee  $11 - $13
  • Cook  $13 - 16
  • Cook Lead ability to work all stations expertly $16 - $18

Typical shifts at 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 9:30PM ~10:30PM

Current TB clearance and proof of HepA and COVID-19 vaccination needed upon hire.
