Job Description

Do you have strong customer service skills and love a fast-paced work environment? We have an opening in our brand new Aiea Office! This role will mainly be responsible for greeting clients and employees, helping to process new-hire paperwork, scheduling interviews, handling incoming calls and walk-ins, and logging all transactions.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Handle telephone calls and take detailed messages
  • Provide customer service to incoming guests
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Pre-screen applicants
  • Handle scheduling and cancellations
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Minimum three to six months of experience handling administrative tasks
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
