Dive Gear Sales Manager / Warehouse

Sea Sports Distributors, a locally owned SCUBA diving and snorkeling distribution company serving Hawaii's dive industry for over 40 years is offering a great opportunity.

Sea Sports is looking for a self-motivated individual who wants to be an essential member of our team. The position will include some outer island sales, along with being a significant member of our operation, including office and warehouse operations.

Knowledge of Hawaii’s Scuba, Free Diving and Snorkeling industry is a must.

Computer knowledge is essential and having the ability of web design and social media skills would be a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in the SCUBA and snorkeling market.
• Utilize computer skills to manage inventory, process orders, and track sales performance.
• Marketing by utilizing social media and/or web content.
• Maintain a valid driver's license for inter-island travel.
• May require some heavy lifting while helping in the warehouse.

Starting pay will be determined by experience and productivity with significant growth potential.

Hours of operation is Mon-Fri 8-4

Job Type: Full-time in person

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
