The Role: As the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of their daily operations. You aren’t just sitting in an office—you’ll be a hands-on leader managing staff, inventory, and logistics to ensure our high-quality frozen, chill, and dry goods reach our customers on time, every time. You’ll be responsible for driving productivity and ensuring their facility runs like a well-oiled machine.

$30 to $36 an hour

Responsibilities

• Safety First: Champion our safety culture, ensuring all teams follow food safety (FSMA) and OSHA regulations. You’ll keep our people and our products safe.
• Inventory Mastery: Oversee the lifecycle of our goods—from receiving to storage and distribution. You’ll keep our records accurate and our stock audits on point.
• Team Leadership: Build, train, and mentor a top-tier warehouse crew. You’ll manage schedules, approve time off, and provide the coaching needed to help your team shine.
• Process Improvement: Always be on the lookout for a better way! You’ll identify and implement creative solutions to make our operations faster and smoother.
• Equipment Care: Keep our fleet and tools (forklifts, jacks, racking) in top working condition so operations never skip a beat.
• Budget & Logistics: Manage warehouse resources efficiently and coordinate closely with suppliers and transport partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Tech & Reporting: Leverage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline workflows and track performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience: You’ve got 3–5 years of solid experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation.
• Leadership Skills: You have at least 2 years of experience leading and motivating teams.
• Industry Know-How: You’re comfortable with material handling methods and know your way around FSMA regulations.
• Strategic Vision: You can see the big picture and help us build systems that support our growth today and in the future.
• Communication: You’re a pro at clear, professional communication—both verbal and written.
• Requirements: You have a High School Diploma (or GED) and the ability to obtain a Medical Examiner’s Certification for DOT compliance.
