A healthcare company in Aiea is looking for a Part-time Accounting Clerk to assist them for approximately 3-4 months, possibly longer.

The ideal candidate will have accounting education. Work experience is a plus but not required.

Hours

Part-time, Monday to Friday, 20 hours/week between 8:00am and 5:00pm

Location

Aiea, Oahu

Pay

$18 an hour

Responsibilities

• Reconcile statements and accounts.
• Process invoices.
• Audit accounts for discrepancies and research and resolve errors.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets as needed.
• Accurately enter information into system.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previously accounting experience or education preferred. Candidates with accounting education but no experience will be considered.
• Reliable, detail oriented and organized.
• Comfortable with computers.
• Strong math, analytical and data entry skills.
• Covid-19 vaccination required by client for this position.
