Hours

Part-time, Hours are flexible and can be 8am-12pm, 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm

Aiea, Oahu

Pay

$20 to $21 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist with trust fund payments.
  • Collect timecards and accurately enter data into the system.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions.
  • Support the team with administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in basic bookkeeping or accounting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
