Job Description

Looki​ng for a customer service-oriented individual to assist a medical office ASAP through the end of the year. They have two locations, one in Aiea and one in Honolulu and you will be asked to go between both locations as needed.

Prior medical office experience is helpful but not required. Interested? Apply today!

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (start time may vary)

Location

• Aiea, Oahu
• Liliha, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$18 to $19 an hour

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Check patients in.
• Assist patients and other staff as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with computers.
• Team player and quick learner.
• Medical office experience is helpful but not required.
