We are interested in finding a new addition to our team!

The right candidate will be:

  • Required: Must have at least 1 year experience working in an office setting (medical office preferred), have experience working with computers, multi-line telephone, and office equipment (eg.: copy / print).

The patient service representative is responsible for the following:

  • Take incoming calls and voicemail messages, and perform various associated tasks.
  • Schedule appointments, tests and procedures, generate patient referrals, and perform                various  associated tasks.
  • Prepare patient records for upcoming appointments using electronic medical record system.
  • Process incoming documents for physician review, and perform tasks necessary for patient        care.
  • Perform tasks associated with patient appointment check-in and check-out.
  • Scan and file documents.
  • Assist with maintaining exam room and examination instruments, exam room cleanup and          turnover, and with overall office cleanliness.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
