RESTAURANT  MANAGER

Position Summary

Support the General Manager in leading all staff members in exceeding the expectations of our employees, guests and investors in a supportive work environment with proven processes focused on maintaining our reputation as Hawaii’s Favorite Japanese Restaurant.

Participate and contribute at Weekly Meetings that focus on achieving goals, solving problems and accountability.

  • Open and or close the restaurant.

Education

This position requires a high school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate).

A 2 year college degree or 2 years of restaurant of restaurant management.

 

Language skills

English

Japanese helpful but not at all necessary.

 

Current TB clearance and proof of HepA and COVID-19 vaccination needed upon hire.
