Handyman/Janitorial Services

Looking to hire an experienced, reliable, hard-working Handyman/Janitorial Services to join our maintenance team. The successful applicant will be responsible for exterior and interior repair, maintenance, and other projects that may arise. Successful applicant will also provide janitorial duties to insure the cleanliness of our establishment. Must be able to work independently or within a group setting, an excellent problem solver, detail-oriented, and the ability to communicate effectively.

• Performs repairs and maintenance of the facilities.
• Performs preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment's are in good working order.
• Maintain and provide general repairs. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary. Tasks to include bldg structure, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, woodworking, furniture, minor landscaping, etc.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.
• Completes daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly task lists.
• Manages contracts and contracted servicies that pertain to the maintenance of the facillity.
• Monitores all restrooms, offices, and storage rooms and performs maintenance procedures as required to ensure safe and sanitary conditions.
• Ensures the cleanliness of the facility
• Conduct daily routine inspections of the premises and equipment.
• Completes reports as required.
• Protects the assets of Coral Creek Golf, Inc.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2 + yrs experience
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Basic carpentry knowledge including installation
• knowledge and the ability to operate hand and power tools
• Able to sit, stand, kneel, lift, and climb ladders
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
