Additional Responsibilities:


  • Provide assistance in expedite processing of customer warranty and internal work orders
  • Assist service managers in job closing by interpreting service reports and ensuring appropriate entries are made on completed jobs prior to billing
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative duties pertaining to daily shop operation 


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 3-5 year's of experience in a service shop environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good computer knowledge
