Seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide general clerical support to a fast-paced office in Hilo. Responsible and good organizational skills. The ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work initiative. Apply today!


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and emails. Type up written correspondence as needed.
  • Generate invoices and handle customer billing.
  • File claims with vendors.
  • Prepare daily cash receipts.
  • Assist in obtaining credit applications from customers and forward to the appropriate department.
  • Handle filing, faxing, mail distribution, and office supplies.
  • Establish and maintain a variety of files and records.
  • Ensure smooth running of the office.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum 2 years of office/administrative experience. Previous accounting experience is helpful.
  • Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication with great customer service skills. 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task.
