Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm


Hilo, Big Island


$15 an hour


  • Answer and transfer phone calls.
  • Distribute messages.
  • Manage files, correspondences, and records.
  • Maintain project schedules.
  • Run errands as needed.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and takes minutes.


  • Associates degree and/or 2 years of related work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
