Job Description

Full-time work with an early start time at a reputable utility company! In this role, you will provide direct administrative support to the division, including but not limited to maintaining filing system, creating and maintaining reports, routing correspondences, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements and cost reimbursements.

Candidates for this role will have at least two years of administrative experience!


Full-time, 5:30am-1:30pm or 6:00am-2:30pm


Hilo, Big Island


$18 an hour


  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, meeting materials, status reports, as well as taking meeting minutes.
  • Research, compile and organize data to facilitate decision making.
  • Answer and direct calls.
  • Prepare correspondences.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate purchases.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


  • Must have 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly detail oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
