Our client is seeking an administrative professional to join their team and assist with day-to-day administrative duties around the office. In this role, you will answer phone calls, perform data entry, and file documents.

The ideal candidate will have their associate degree and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Print, copy, scan, and file documents.
  • Maintain office supplies and order as needed.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Associate's degree or relative experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of general office practices and procedures.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team setting.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check and drug test.
