• 10/09/26: 10am-12pm (Training Day)

• 10/10/26: 7am-2pm (Ballot Scan Test)

• 10/24/26: 8am-9pm

• 10/31/26: 8am-9pm

• 11/03/26: 12pm-11:59pm (Election Day)

• 11/04/26: 12am-6pm (Post Election Day)

• 11/06/26 - 11/07/26: 8am-9pm (Recount Day)

$24 an hour

Responsibilities

• Scan in mail-in ballots to ensure accurate processing for both the primary and general elections.
• Work with scanning equipment in a focused, fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism is a must.
• Ability to handle high volumes of documents quickly while maintaining 100% accuracy.
• Comfortable operating scanning machinery and basic computer interfaces.
• Must be punctual and adaptable. Staff must be flexible with the schedule, as you may be dismissed early on days when ballot volume is lower than expected.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow strict security protocols.
