Seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for a full-time position in Hilo!


You will be tasked with maintaining financial records, tracking accounts, and handling accounts payable and receivable duties.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure that payments are up-to-date.
  • Follow-up with outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare and make check and cash deposits to the bank.
  • Attend administrative and accounting meetings.
  • Handle general excise tax, annual reports, and payments.
  • Generate monthly and yearly reports.
  • Maintain and handle all books for the company.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous bookkeeping and/or accounting experience highly preferred.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy required.
  • Strong organizational skills are a must.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage time well.
