Client Services Representative (HMOADMIN)#HILO_INDEED
We are looking for a full-time Client Services Representative to assist a local non-profit organization.
Hours
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, occasional weekend work as needed.
Location
Hilo, Big Island
Pay
$18 an hour
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, community members, and on-site guests in a
professional, welcoming, and respectful manner, and direct them to the appropriate
staff, program, or agency resource.
- Operates a multi-line phone system. Answer incoming calls in a professional, HIPAA compliant manner and route calls to the appropriate parties.
- Retrieve, process, and distribute telephone messages from the answering system in a
timely and accurate manner.
- Operate standard business and office equipment, including computers, fax machines,
scanners, copiers, and other assigned equipment.
- Assist with agency events, outreach activities, workshops, trainings, meetings, and
community gatherings, including preparation, setup, registration, participant support,
cleanup, and other logistical needs.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of standard office procedures, administrative processes, and front
office operations.
- Proficient use of office equipment including a PC, laptop, tablet, fax machine, scanner,
copier, and related software applications.
- Ability to used web-based applications, word processing software, spreadsheets,
email, and other office systems.
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
- Two or more years of clerical, administrative, receptionist, customer service, or
client services experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
