Job Description

Seeking a dependable full-time General Office Clerk to provide daily administrative support in Hilo. In this role you will handle a variety of office duties such as greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and basic invoicing and cash handling. 


Additi​onal Responsibilities:


  • Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
  • Greet guests and visitors as they arrive
  • Handle light accounting duties such as processing bills and invoices and monitoring account statements
  • Process and pull orders
  • Assist with other office duties as needed 


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Previous accounts payable/receivable experience preferred
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful 
  • Reliable with a strong work initiative
