General Office Clerk (524)Seeking a dependable full-time General Office Clerk with a strong background in QuickBooks to provide daily administrative support in Hilo. In this role you will work in a fast paced environment handling a variety of office duties such as greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and basic invoicing and cash handling.
Hours
Full-time, 7am - 4pm, alternating Sat. 8am-12pm
Location
Hilo, Big Island
Pay
$14 an hour
Responsibilities
- Regular and consistent use of QuickBooks.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
- Greet guests and visitors as they arrive.
- Handle light accounting duties such as processing bills and invoices and monitoring account statements.
- Process and pull orders.
- Assist with other office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have QuickBooks experience and proficiency.
- Must have cash handling experience.
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
- Previous accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
- Reliable with a strong work initiative.
- Must be able to lift 30lbs consistently.
- Previous management experience a plus.
