Seeking a dependable full-time General Office Clerk with a strong background in QuickBooks to provide daily administrative support in Hilo. In this role you will work in a fast paced environment handling a variety of office duties such as greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and basic invoicing and cash handling.


Full-time, 7am - 4pm, alternating Sat. 8am-12pm


Hilo, Big Island


$14 an hour


  • Regular and consistent use of QuickBooks.
  • Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Greet guests and visitors as they arrive.
  • Handle light accounting duties such as processing bills and invoices and monitoring account statements.
  • Process and pull orders.
  • Assist with other office duties as needed.


  • Must have QuickBooks experience and proficiency.
  • Must have cash handling experience.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Previous accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
  • Reliable with a strong work initiative.
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs consistently.
  • Previous management experience a plus.
