Job Description

An established truck repair shop is looking for an Office Clerk to handle basic admin and accounting duties in the office. Qualified candidates will be able to pass a state/federal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.


Full-time, 7:00am-4:00pm


Hilo, Big Island


$14 an hour


  • Answer phones, transfer calls, handle customer inquiries.
  • Process purchase orders and close out jobs.
  • Filing, scanning, copying, data entry.
  • Handle basic accounting duties (process invoices and timecards, etc).
  • Perform other duties as necessary.


  • General knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
  • Ability to pass a state/federal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
