Job Description

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Location

Hilo, Big Island

Pay

$21 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and take messages
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Type up correspondences
  • Print, collate, and organize documents
  • File and scan documents
  • Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of previous administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) and strong analytical skills
  • General knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, fax, etc.)
  • Ability to follow instructions and set procedures
  • Ability to pass a State and Federal background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Posses 2 step TB clearance within the past 12 months, or willing to obtain clearance
