P.A.R.E.N.T.S. Inc. is a Hawaiʻi-based nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening families by providing resources, skills, support, and advocacy to create a cycle of positive parenting.
Our Intensive Home Based Services (IHBS) program works to prevent children from entering foster care by delivering therapeutic support directly in families’ homes, ensuring children can remain safely with their families.

Provide therapeutic services primarily in client homes
Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet family needs
Collaborate with families and referral sources to develop intervention goals
Conduct comprehensive, strength-based assessments
Utilize a variety of teaching and intervention methods
Advocate for families and coordinate with formal and informal community resources
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field with at least two (2) years of experience working with children and families OR Graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle in good working condition
Required liability insurance coverage per company policy
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
