Job Description

Deli/ Kitchen Supervisor
Looking for experienced deli/ kitchen supervisors that will run the kitchen production team making our "grab and go" items as well as our hot bar bentos and eventually full hot bar service.
Maintain and supervise good housekeeping practices in all areas of the kitchen.
Strictly enforce the "clean as you go" policy.
Prepare daily production charts.
Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
Responsible for coordinating and supervising work of employees to ensure efficiency and adherence to established standards.
Duties of this position include, instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensuring meal services begin on time and portion control, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality.
Must have experience supervising a team.
This position requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects that may weigh 30 to 50 pounds.
Performs all other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

-Ability to stand for 7 hours and lift 50lb

-Attention to detail

-Highly organized and clean

-Passion for health foods and familiarity with food sensitivities

-2-5 years Kitchen experience (Preferred)

-2 years Supervisory experience (Preferred)

-Experience costing and pricing menus
