Seeking a seasonal, full-time and part-time Mail Order Operators for a famous chocolate and cookie company to assist their customers with placing orders.

Hours

Part-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm|Saturday to Sunday, 8:00am-5:00pm (various shifts)

Hilo, Big Island

Pay

$16.50 an hour

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with placing mail orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and 1 year of administrative experience required.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well with others and follow instructions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
