Job Description

Seeking an experienced Butcher for a full-time position with a reputable meatpacking company in Hilo. You will work 30-40 hours a week and will be handling cow, pig, and sheep meat. The chosen candidate must have previous meat cutting experience and a valid driver's license.

Pay rate will depend on experience.

Hours

Part-time, 30-40 hours/week, starting at 6:00am & hours vary

Location

Hilo, Big Island

Responsibilities

• Cut multiple types of meat.
• Serve as a back-up driver
• Help other departments as a floater.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience as a meat cutter or butcher required.
• Knowledge of specific cuts of meat.
• Personal pair of rubber boots.
• Dependable and hardworking.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
