Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Hilo, Big Island
Pay
$21 an hour
Responsibilities
- Filing, scanning, organizing office documents.
- Able to manage confidential information.
- Experience in timekeeping verification, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Greet customers, answer phone and take messages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required.
- Proficiency in English, grammar, spelling, arithmetic and office equipment.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Motivated, trustworthy, hardworking.
- Possess TB clearance, and other immunizations or willing to obtain clearance.
- Ability to pass a state/federal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
