Job Description

Detail-oriented Payroll Clerk known for accuracy, organizational strength, and timely payroll processing, providing dependable administrative support in fast-paced office environments. Ideal qualified candidate will be reliable, dependable and committed to full-time work.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location

Hilo, Big Island

Pay

$21 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Filing, scanning, organizing office documents.
  • Able to manage confidential information.
  • Experience in timekeeping verification, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Greet customers, answer phone and take messages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in English, grammar, spelling, arithmetic and office equipment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Motivated, trustworthy, hardworking.
  • Possess TB clearance, and other immunizations or willing to obtain clearance.
  • Ability to pass a state/federal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
