Retail Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure our customers are stocked with essential inventory by placing routine orders, specialty orders, and even identifying substitute products when needed.
• Continue to build our customer relationships by swiftly handling any concerns and helping provide solutions for our customer’s business needs.
• Integrate with our Retail customers across the island to understand their goals and how Suisan can help ensure their success.
• Be an integral part of the annual Susian Food Show!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
• Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience is required.
• Passion for helping customers and being part of a team.
• Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel based on customer demands.
• Basic to advanced computer and internet skills.

Suisan plays a vital role in keeping essential products and customer favorites readily available on the Big Island!
