A popular local company is seeking a seasonal Customer Service Representative and a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Hilo. In these roles, you will provide great customer service to guests, facilitate customer checkout, assist with stocking items on the sales floor.

Hours

Full-time, Variable days, Sun-Sat 8:15am-5:30pm

Location

Hilo, Big Island

Pay

$16.50 to $18 an hour

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of all company products.
• Facilitate customer checkout.
• Resolve customer requests and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the retail sales area, back stock room, and storage.
• Assist with stocking, rotating stock, replenishing, and straightening merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with telephone orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service skills preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays. 
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong customer service skills. 
• Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain self-control.
• Current TB clearance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check and drug test.
