2nd Nurse Day Shift - LPN (FT)

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate healthcare team as a 2nd Nurse on the day shift. This role provides vital support to our residents and staff, ensuring high-quality care and a positive living environment.

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments
• Assist the primary day shift nurse in monitoring resident conditions and responding to emergencies
• Work alongside CNAs and other staff to ensure proper care and support for residents
• Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident health needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Support resident activities and contribute to a positive living environment

• Active LPN license in the state of Hawaii
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide compassionate care
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
