Department: ​Operations 



Reports to:  Chief Operating Officer 



The Intern – Software Integration & Client Relationship Management (CRM) provides critical support to the operation of this facility.  This position will be responsible for managing all phases of the of the information technology and client relationship management of the software of this facility






Monday through Friday  -  8:00AM-4:30PM



  • Provide site integration
  • Streamlining all connections of technology solutions including but not limited to Quickbooks, Enterprise Resources Programs (ERP)
  • As Logistical Coordinator streamlining for computer efficiency as well as logistical coordination
  • Support the team at the facility with the maintenance of the hardware, software, and other systems
  • Troubleshoot all issues with printers, computers and servers
  • Participate in development, servers or applications
  • As a client relationship manager works to build, maintain and strengthen this company’s relationship with a client
  • Maintain reverence and respect for the deceased at all times





  • IT interns must be in pursuit of a degree in computer science, information technology or engineering
  • Must posses some education in programming, data base management and technologies and/or client relationships and logistics
  • Professional appearance
  • Professional communication skills
  • Experience handling sensitive situations in a professional manner
  • Proficient in computer skills in being able to write, modify & edit text using a word processing application
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
