Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION

Responsible for the various back office functions of the Account Services Department consisting of all aspects of check processing, Individual Payroll posting and exception processing, incoming and outgoing member wires, coordination of tax reporting, Records Imaging and Daily Mail Processing and messenger run. One year in a financial organization with emphasis in operations beneficial.

 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School graduate

Experience:  One year in a financial organization with emphasis on operations beneficial

Skills:

-Possesses the professional skills appropriate to the job title

-Able to work both independently and cohesively with others, fosters team

environment

-Able to handle all confidential matters professionally; always maintaining the privacy of our member’s account information

-Possesses organizational and planning skills

-Possesses good written and verbal communication skills

-Valid driver’s license with a good driving record -Able to lift 40 lbs with no problems
