Job Description

A temporary, part-time assignment is available for an Accounting Clerk to help cover a leave of absence. You will work for a local contractor in Kalihi and will assist with the following duties:


  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Enter and reconcile invoices
  • Process checks and credit card payments
  • Maintain databases 
  • Reconcile statements
  • Post cash receipts
  • Perform bank runs as needed
We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, who can crunch numbers and keep it all organized.

Though this position will begin as a part-time position, it has the opportunity to move to a full-time role.  


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous accounting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Flexibility to move to a full-time schedule if needed
