Job Description

Local Law Firm in downtown Honolulu seeks to fill a full-time accounting clerk position immediately. The individual should be detail oriented & energetic to provide support to the accounting department.

Duties will require independent judgement with open communication and integrity. Basic skills and working knowledge of MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel), QuickBooks, and Juris are very helpful. Daily tasks included but not limited to cut checks, generate bills, review client billing guidelines, follow up on billing issues, scanning, copying, data entry, communicating with secretaries and attorneys, review invoices and expenses for accuracy, errands, and filing.
