Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
- Prepare and execute bank deposits, maintaining meticulous records of all transactions
- Reconcile financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Support senior accounting staff with various financial tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in the real estate or property management sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets
- Competence in using Microsoft Outlook for professional communication and scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
