The Accounting Clerk performs a range of general clerical, and accounting support functions. The Accounting Clerk supports the Accounting Department and reports directly to the Controller. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to) invoicing, data entry, filing, helping with accounts payable, accounts receivable and other general office duties.


  • Compile, review, and voucher vendor invoices
  • Input vendor invoices into the accounting system
  • Assist with weekly check run
  • Maintain vendor files, file invoices, scan documents.
  • Researches and solves payment discrepancies.
  • Communicate with vendors on accounts payable issues
  • Assist A/R clerks in reconciling and maintaining customer accounts
  • Perform other duties and assignments as directed


  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Experience working in a high-volume environment
