Job Description

The Accounting Operations Specialist position primarily focuses on the loan related functions of the Accounting Department, payment processing, and other loan related transactions.  Other responsibilities also include traditional accounting functions of Accounts Payable, Journal Entries, and Fixed Assets.


Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in Accounting, preferably bank related experience with exposure to loan accounting.
  • Business college degree or equivalent, with emphasis in Accounting.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite, with emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • 10-key adding machine by touch.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
