We are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our team! The shift is Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
SCOPE AND PURPOSE:
To work with Manager in the general administration of the property and perform all related management functions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to the following, as other duties may be assigned.
· Enter all daily activity into computer (rentals, move-in/outs, notices to vacate, cancellations, etc.).
· Post monies and make deposits daily.
· Process security deposits.
· Generate daily activity reports for all office personnel.
· Assist residents with problems and complaints.
· Review all rental files for accuracy.
· Generate rental increase and renewal letters.
· Process any and all invoices.
