Job Description

A well-known local company is in need of a full-time Admin Assistant to provide clerical support. This role will assist with processing payroll, reconciling credit card statements, and handling a variety of general office duties. 


This is a great opportunity for applicants who want to gain further administrative experience and accounting skills. This position will start out temporary with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. 


Addit​ional Responsibilities:


  • Assist with data entry for payroll, verify invoice charges, create purchase requisitions, and reconcile monthly credit card statements.
  • Maintain and update all relevant files and docuements in an effective filing system. 
  • Perform general office duties such as distributing mail, answering emails and phones, copying, printing, etc.


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Experience in finance or accounting highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Highly organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
