Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a temporary Admin Assistant for commercial and residential condos in Waikiki.

 

The Admin Assistant will be reporting to the General Manager directly and be responsible for handling staff schedules, coordinating meetings, serving as a point of contact for clients, and other office duties. 

 

This is a full-time position that will run for approximately 6 months. Qualified candidates should be extremely organized, have previous admin experience, and proficiency using Microsoft Office.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform receptionist duties such as greeting clients, answering phone calls, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage staff schedules
  • Coordinate meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Handle administrative duties for the general manager
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous admin/ office experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience using Publisher a plus
  • Must be able to type 55wpm
  • High level of professionalism and customer service
  • Excellent eye for detail
