Additio​nal Responsibilities:


  • Enter data and keep up-to-date
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Reply to email and phone inquiries
  • Check and order supplies when inventory is low
  • Assist in any and all directives


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Flexibility to perform various assigned tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
