Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will support the Corporate Process Team in the planning and execution of company initiatives and projects to ensure the efficiency and seamless operation of the Corporate Process Team.

 

Responsibilities includes: 
1. Assist Corporate Process Team with all administrative needs including: printing, compilation of materials, note taking, survey implementation and analysis
2. Manage shared program documents in SharePoint or other collaboration tool
3. Assist with management of project objectives and timelines by participating in planning sessions and scheduling meetings with impacted stakeholders
4. Work with project team, particularly analysts, to track and analyze execution of program activities (deliverables, training, lessons learned)
5. Manage tracking of projects to ensure programs are on schedule

 

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum 2 years administrative support experience or similar responsibilities, clerical experience
• Ability to type 45 wpm
• Effective verbal and communication skills
• Proven characteristics of consistent accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities
• Accurate and efficient data entry
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
