Job Description

Luxury condo in the Ala Moana area is looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle their day-to-day office tasks which may include answering phone calls and taking detailed messages, maintaining tenant information in their database, and light typing.




The top candidate for this position will be computer savvy, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and always be motivated to learn.


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Perform general office duties – mailing, filing, scanning
  • Answer phone calls and take detailed messages
  • Maintain tenant information in database
  • Light typing with WordPerfect
  • Update spreadsheets in Microsoft Word
  • Complete other duties as assigned


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Possess strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with computers
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
