Job Description

A company in Kaka'ako is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant is to be their go-to person to get things done. 

 

This position will start as soon as possible. Since you will handle a wide range of tasks, you must be willing to take on any project and execute with a sense of efficiency. 

 

Addi​tional Responsibilities:

 

  • Create documents that make complex technical concepts understandable to a wide range of audiences
  • Assist with preparing reports for projects as well as for finance and executive management
  • Assist the finance manager with invoice payments and deposits
  • Assist with coordinating travel arrangements for staff
  • Assist with putting together and distributing training manuals and maintaining training records
  • Provide administrative support to all staff, including executive management, project  managers, development, production, and field teams
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, emailing, phones, mail, supply inventory, etc.

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Extensive administrative experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail, organized, and able to multi-task
