Job Description

Condominium in Downtown Honolulu seeks office assistant to start ASAP.

Primary Duties and responsibilities:
Position reports to the resident manager.
-Answer incoming phone calls, take messages and keep logbook.
-Update calendars, forms, notices, owners/tenants/commercial parking renter information in file, computer files, ad security.
-Rent parking stalls and track montly rental payments from the commercial parking renters.
-Do payroll timesheets twice a month and have employees sign, and residemt manager approve same for submittal.
-Send letters to owners for all Hourse Rule and parking violations, etc., cited by Security, as directed by the resident manager.
-Direct additional work to maintenance and security as needed.
-Help conduct property inspections.
-Maintain recreation room rental, coordinate rentals, keep log/list.
Other duties can be assigned.


-Minimum 2 years of previous administrative experience with supporting management
-Superb verbal and written comminication skills
-Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook
-Accounting knowledge a big plus

Hours: Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00-17:00
Compensations: $12.00+ (commensurate with experience)
