Looking to gain new skills in a job that allows you to grow professionally? We are filling a full-time Administrative Assistant opening in Manoa. The Admin Assistant will provide support to a busy office by answering a high volume of phone calls and answering insurance related questions. You will also have the opportunity to become licensed!


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous office and/or sales experience desirable
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and good phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with the islands helpful
  • Strong initiative and willingness to learn
