Job Description

Looking to gain experience in the insurance industry? A local insurance agent is hiring for a temporary Administrative Assistant in Downtown Honolulu. You will not only help the agent with various executive tasks, but you will also be learning about the ins and outs of the industry first hand. This is an ongoing position for at least 6 months or longer. 


Addition​al Responsibilities:


  • Answer phone calls and support clients with any inquiries
  • Greet and assist incoming clients
  • Help with scheduling and maintaining company calendars
  • Generate, evaluate, and track documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, etc. 


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Previous administrative experience 
  • Ability to work overtime on Saturdays as needed
  • High computer proficiency 
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality
