What You’ll Do:
Keep our office running smoothly by assisting with daily administrative tasks.
Assist with answering and direct calls in a professional, friendly manner.
Coordinate calendars and assist with scheduling meetings and events.
Assist with preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Support project work, providing organizational and creative input.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, flexible attitude in a changing, fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Some college coursework preferred.
Previous administrative experience is helpful but not required.
Details:
Schedule: Part-time (3 days a week, 5 hours per day), with potential to transition into full-time permanent for the right person.
Status: Temp-to-hire.
