Additi​onal Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and welcome guests 
  • Answer incoming phone calls; forward and take messages accordingly 
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, faxing, copying and scanning
  • Manage schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, appointments, office events, and inventory
  • Maintain tenant forms and contact information; maintain an up-to-date filing system of all documents
  • Perform other related duties as needed

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous administrative/ office experience
  • High level of professionalism and business etiquette
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to perform well under pressure with excellent multi-tasking, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Result oriented and reliable 
  • Ability to use discretion when handling confidential information
